"Dave and his team are energetic, creative, highly competent and responsive … I can’t recommend Firchau Construction highly enough! We asked Dave to remediate some concerns we had from a previous deck installer … Dave and Miguel were quick to recommend sensible solutions to replacing Trex railings and lighting among other things. Dave kept us informed as to cost and options … there were no surprises (other than how much improved things were after they finished). We are delighted with the results and will look to bring Dave and team back for future projects. "

"We first met David in the fall of 2019 to talk about putting a deck on the back of our 1875 home that would be as complementary as possible given its age and our desire to keep everything as old school as possible. David helped us with the design and its evolution, navigated the village permitting process, and had a pricing structure that was completely transparent and straightforward. He and his crew are true professionals (Miguel is David's secret weapon!) and installed the deck during the spring height of the pandemic in 2020. To say that it's been the best project we've ever done on the house is an understatement. Since then we have used them for several different projects and it's the same every time: straight up, professional, friendly, local. If you are looking to do a project as cheaply as possible, Firchau Construction frankly isn't the company for you. But if you are looking for guidance, clear pricing, and professional follow through on a composite deck that will truly transform the way you live in your house, Firchau Construction is exactly the company you want. Highest recommendation. Plus - our dog LOVES them!"
